1. About GenzClips

GenzClips is a creator clipping platform that connects creators with campaigns. Creators post eligible content on supported social platforms and may earn performance-based income through RPM (revenue per 1,000 eligible views) and referral commissions, subject to each campaign's published rules. Payments are performance-based and reviewed weekly; there is no salary or guaranteed income.

By creating an account or using GenzClips, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One person may not operate multiple accounts to exploit campaigns, bonuses or the referral program. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Campaigns and Content

Each campaign publishes its own requirements, including eligible platforms, minimum duration, minimum views, budgets and payment schedules. Campaign-specific terms are part of these Terms.

You may only submit content you created or have the rights to use. Submitted clip URLs must be public and must comply with the rules of the platform they are posted on.

We may reject, remove or disqualify submissions that are misleading, stolen, manipulated, or that use fake engagement, bots or artificial view inflation.

4. Earnings and Payments

Earnings are calculated from eligible verified views according to the campaign RPM and referral rules in effect at the time. Estimates shown on the site, including calculator results, are not guarantees of payment.

Earnings from approved submissions may be subject to a holding period before they become withdrawable. Withdrawals are subject to the published minimum amount and are processed to the payment method you provide.

Paid campaign access requires payment and is unlocked only after review and approval. Rejected payments do not grant access, and any applied promotional bonus remains available.

We may withhold or reverse earnings resulting from fraud, fake views, chargebacks, policy violations or content later removed by the hosting platform.

5. Signup Bonus and Referrals

Any promotional signup balance is a one-time credit per person and may only be used as described on the platform. It is not withdrawable as cash unless explicitly stated.

Referral commissions are credited automatically when a referred user makes an eligible purchase. Self-referrals, fake accounts and referral abuse are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit content you do not own; manipulate views or engagement; attempt to bypass verification or tracking; scrape or attack the platform; or use GenzClips for any unlawful purpose.

Social account verification never requires your social media password. Never share your password with anyone claiming to represent GenzClips.

7. Availability and Changes

Some features, such as automatic view tracking, depend on third-party platform APIs and may be unavailable for certain platforms or posts. We do not fabricate view counts; unavailable tracking is shown as unavailable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GenzClips after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Liability

GenzClips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms (such as content removal or account suspension).
